Q. Do you take competitors coupons?
A. Yes. We will honor a competitors coupon up to 25% off any single item. Coupon must be present at time of purchase.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you pay with a credit card you have 3 days to receive a full refund credited back to the same card. If you pay with cash or check there are no cash refunds. You have 15 days to exchange your items or receive an in-store credit whether you pay with credit, cash, or check.

Q. Will you hold items?
A. We will only hold items until close the next business day.

Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes for a fee. Each store regulates delivery area and price. Please check with your local store for more information.

Q. Do you have gift certificates?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you give designer/reseller discounts?
A. Yes. You must complete our designer/reseller application and return it to Interior Elements to see if you qualify. Each store requires a separate application to receive a discount at that location. See our Designer Reseller Discounts page for more information.
